Air Star V T909 Compressor

Badger T909 review
Badger Air Star V T909

This is an Air Star V T909 Compressor produce and given to the people by Badger Air-Brush Co. When you first get the compressor you will notice that is very lightweight. By turning it on you will realize it is actually pretty quiet for a compressor. It has an automatic shut-off piston compressor followed by an adjustable regulator and a pressure gauge. Another great feature which will come to your attention is the built-in moisture filter and an airbrush holder. The motor of this compressor has a thermal overload protector. This means if the motor should overheat, the overload protector will shut it down. If this should occur you have to unplug the compressor and allow the motor to cool for approximately 5 minutes. This is done for the good of your compressor.

Review and final verdict

When you look at the whole picture this is one excellent small compressor. I personally had the opportunity to use it with a Paasche VL airbrush and was surprised when I realized that it was a very quiet supply of dry and at the same time cool air. It is well designed for artistic and hobby users and I also have to praise the air pressure adjustment which works very well and is very easily accessible. To sum up, a compressor which is good for the money spent, rather cheap, and matches its features and description.
